Fire-Damaged Property Demolition & Structural Rebuild

We were tasked with the safe demolition of a fire-damaged home following an arson attack. The property, being semi-detached, required careful planning and execution to ensure the neighbouring house remained fully supported throughout the process.

Once the damaged structure was completely removed, we rebuilt the exposed gable end using a robust steel framework designed to provide long-term structural integrity to the adjoining property. The new elevation was then carefully clad and finished to blend seamlessly with the existing house, restoring the appearance of a single, cohesive property.
