Structural Alteration & Interior Fit-Out – Residential Extension
We were tasked with creating a much larger structural opening into a new extension, which required the installation of substantial steelwork to support the rear of the property. A second steel was fitted to allow for a striking full-height glass frontage, transforming the flow and natural light within the space.
Internally, we followed a detailed design to install a bespoke kitchen within the original footprint of the home, making better use of the existing space. We also converted an underused garage area to create a practical new utility room and downstairs WC, enhancing the overall functionality of the ground floor.
